It includes a full size Electric Cooker with two ovens/grill; a Microwave oven; Dishwasher; Clothes Washer/Dryer; Fridge/Freezer; Electric Kettle and Toaster. Most of the cooking pots and pans are stainless steel. There is a full compliment of crockery and cutlery etc.

The cottage includes a spacious 22' lounge/dining room with a three-piece suite for five people, dining table and chairs, and a colour television. A very efficient Jotul No.6 wood-burning stove heats most of the accommodation.

There are two bedrooms; the larger one has a King Size Double Bed and one 3' Single Bed. The smaller one has a Double Bed. Both rooms have their own Washbasins and Heated Towel Rails. The bathroom includes Wash Basin, Toilet and Bath with Shower over.
