Hot water is provided by duel emersion heaters, so you can control the amount of hot water you need and save costs if you only need a modest amount.

All of the accommodation is at ground level, although regretfully because of the design, it is not very wheelchair friendly.

The electric meter is read at the end of your stay and wood for the stove is charged as used. Bed linen is provided.

You may be pleased to know, we are a non-smoking establishment. This is an insurance condition as well as our own policy. We are happy for you to smoke outside, away from the house.
